Utsuho's main ability is "to the extent of manipulating nuclear fusion and fission". Besides these abilities, she had the talent to control the friction and pressures needed to regulate the Hell of Blazing Fires. She is shown to be talented in hand-to-hand combat and aerial attacks. As a youkai, she has good enough healing abilities to withstand the high temperature, pressure, and ionizing radiation of the environment that is the nuclear furnace she lived in before coming to this island. For Exitvoid, this natural protection against ionizing radiation will be reduced so that she, too, will be effected until she knows she may control it. Radiation (which is part of the electromagnetic spectrum), by the way, is invisible- but it can be detected through devices like Geiger counters or experiencing the symptoms of ARS first hand. Otherwise she's a healthy, abnormally strong bird youkai who consumed a god and thus gained the powers of this god. MENTAL INFO. The powers of this god initially proved too much for her to handle, turning her into some sort of omnicidial maniac. Thankfully, the heroines of the story punched her in the face before she had a decent grip on her divine powers- and it reverted her to being a honest, carefree person (if only with certain triggers and still having a love for things that burn). She's back to being her master Satori's pet, and is generally obedient of others once again. Ridiculously trustworthy of others too, but doesn't care if they burn in hell. She's somewhat dim-witted, but knows everything and everything about physics. FOURTH-WALLING. Go ahead! PHYSICAL CONTACT. If you want to have a heavy dose of radiation, yes! She's a good bird. She likes pets. ROMANCE/SEXUAL RELATIONS. For kissing, she'll peck you back. Literally. Because, you know, she's a bird. Flirting will fly over her head, but go ahead. Sex? This may seem weird concerning a psychically mature youkai, but she's relatively innocent regarding this. She hardly knows what sex is besides the fact that it is a) what a bunch of others have done/used to end them up in the Underworld and b) what birds tend to do during that time called the mating season.
