Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Absolutely! She's the pet of someone who reads her mind- she's used to it, in other words. Memory alteration, implantation, whatever- go for it. If she happens to have something to hide, she's developed some methods of shielding herself (re: curtain of distracting, off-topic thoughts). Other than that, she's an open book.

☢Radioactivity☢: She's radioactive, setting off Geiger counters wherever she walks. A note for DDD: As Utsuho has not done her god-eating yet, this effect is not as numbing as it will become. Utsuho does not realize she is giving off potentially deadly amounts of ionizing radiation.
☼Thermal☼: Part of the radiation she releases comes off as heat. Think of it as having a higher body temperature.
☣Biohazard☣: People absorb a decent amount of radiation (non-ionizing and ionizing) per year- which is tolerable and normal, as well as necessary for the body (think: creating vitamin D). It becomes problematic when more than the normal dose is absorbed. Unless you would like your character and anyone else within a 35km radius to become sterile, infertile, potentially acquire cancer, or suffer other consequences, you probably don't want her to be in your world for an extended period of time. Or anywhere near you, for that matter. Signs and symptoms of ARS. Effects of radiation on inorganic materials. Please note that unless there is a device like the Geiger counter around or your character experiences the symptoms of radiation poisoning, radiation remains "silent". A note for DDD: although currently she does not produce her own ionizing radiation, she's worked in the "Nuclear Furnace" long enough to be contaminated enough to emit a moderate degree of radiation- no Gamma or X-rays until she moves through canon. As of now, it would take ~2 hours of RL interaction for a character to start experiencing nausea in her presence and ~1 day for inorganic materials to show evidence of ionizing corrosion. Once she eats a god, effects on unprotected organic material will manifest in less than ten minutes; unprotected inorganic material will be contaminated within one hour.
Note that it is stated in canon that her powers "will burn up every body, heart, ghost, and fairy", noting that the power itself does has some magical qualities to it.

Opt out of all interactions? Action spam and communication over the network. Regarding the controversy that is nuclear power and the effects it causes on others and the environment, I would understand not wanting interaction.
Can Utsuho interact with your character in person? This is an opt-out of any RL interactions between Utsuho and your character in case you would rather not have your character experience radiation poisoning- at least until she learns to control the radiation she emits. Something to consider is if your character has any protection against ionizing radiation (the "invisible" light portion of the electromagnetic spectrum). This question is basically asking if your character is impervious to light and then by extension magnetism and other forms of energy. Naturally, visible light is easily shielded by sunglasses, and alpha radiation may be blocked by skin and clothes. Gamma, X-Ray, and Neutron are considered ionizing; general thermal for non-ionizing.

I think a good question to ask would be a) does he know he's being effected by radiation and b) if he's put in outer space next to the sun would he be effected at all by the cosmic waves or solar proton events? (....which she doesn't have that power yet, but just as a heads up! )

- He's not a normal human, thanks to a combination of genetic engineering and other strange factors giving him his powers. I assume this means radiation will treat him a little differently
- Given that he's a modern Japanese pediatrician, I assume he's dealt with descendents of Nagasaki and Hiroshima. If he sees anyone get sick from being around her, he'll be pretty quick to recognize the symptoms

Can Utsuho come interact with your character in person?
Yes, actually. However, I would prefer that he would go and visit her if it comes down to it. Otherwise, interaction at parties and events is perfectly all right by me. The fact of the matter is, is that Kaworu still possesses an A.T. Field. Though he is no longer able to physically manifest it as per his usual will, it should still protect him much more efficiently than it would a human's A.T. Field from his world (as he is, after all, an Angel). As dictated by the series, Kaworu's A.T. Field was the strongest ever detected. Though it typically only separates all egos and keeps the individual as an individual, it functions much differently from an Angel's. An Angel is able to wield their A.T. Field as a weapon, as a shield, and et cetera. Kaworu's, in particular, is powerful enough to completely cut-off "light, magnetism, subatomic particles, everything". So, he's effectively going to be able to block what she lets off for a little longer than usual (probably about an hour or two -- he would have been able to hold it forever if he was still able to access all of his abilities, but being "reborn" stripped him of his previous mastery). It would probably be a good idea to cut off interaction after that, though. We could just swing it and say that the communication will end before any negative side-effects set in, because Kaworu's body is ridiculously weak in terms of its immune system and general healing. :(
Also, funnily enough, Kaworu's previous incarnation was a literal "Giant of Light", ergo he still carries over some traits. So, yes, I suppose this would make him a little more than impervious in some respects (re: time spans). After all, despite his dampened powers, he still is able to emit a glow and more-or-less erase his shadow.

As of the moment, unfortunately not. Blue's body is very weak and, as it were, he's already dying a pretty slow death due to his immense age. His powers aren't as potent as they used to be, at least, in terms of how often he might implement them without either bringing himself into a coma or exhausting himself.

Yes, absolutely! Like Shijima up there, Kouichi is an immortal. However, instead of being a cat, he's an owl. A rather large owl at that, too. Going into a little more depth, though:
Despite his immortality, Kouichi is not impervious to disease, radiation, or even mortal wounds. He can and will "die" (AKA: have to heal before resuming normal function) before being brought back. So, though Kouichi has no defense against her in terms of her abilities, I'll still give you the permission because he'll just come right back. The fact of the matter is, too, I am pretty sure that Shijima and Kouichi had tried of number of ways to rid themselves of the immortal life they do not wish for. I am sure, too, that a number of these ways were extremely gruesome. I doubt that dying due to the toxicity of something is unfamiliar to them.

Nope. He does have a detailed list of how long it will take him to recover from certain things, though, if you want to take a look at that.
